About the Space
This property is a large mountain-style luxury home in the center of the city with loads of features and drenched in sunlight! The house style is rustic but modern with an open floor-plan and wood accents throughout. The first floor includes a home office/library lined with old/vintage books, a living/dining space, a powder room, guest suite, kitchen, and sunroom. A large chef's kitchen opens to a large eating space and a sunroom - a sun-drenched play area/den. The second floor includes the master suite with a gas fireplace, walk in closet, spa tub and walk in shower, and private balcony. Also on the second floor are four more bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 jack and jill, 1 hall) with double sinks, and a laundry room. The third floor is a sloped ceiling attic with a pool table and space ideal for kids/teens to lounge. The back patio features couch seating around a firepit and a dining table and chairs overlooking a large landscaped yard. The front yard is landscaped with trees and shrubs, hiding a rocking bench beside the waterfall/pond feature.

The house was pristine and everything we needed to create the look we wanted was provided. The owners made it very easy to shoot and clean up. The house is really beautiful and works for multiple shooting environments. The neighborhood was quite film-friendly and everyone who came by was friendly and interested in what we were doing. I would definitely recommend this to others.
