Versatile and stylish, it comfortably accommodates groups of up to 30 people. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: -Seating for up to 30 guests -Dining table with 8 chairs -Kitchenette with sink, mini refrigerator, and microwave -Wi-Fi **Outdoor space is not included in rental** We require event insurance for: - All productions - All meetings of over 30 people Please note that all set up and breakdown time should be included in your reservation time. Furniture should not be relocated. No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items should be used on the walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be completely removed.
