About the Space
Open modern brand new build! Lots of space for filming. Multiple rooms for stylist and cast holding. West Coast feel but in the Hollywood of the South, Atlanta. Open floor plan with lots of light. Luxury Kitchen and High Ceilings Spa like master bathroom. Shows well on film. I am a film producer myself and I built this home specifically for efficient filming. Willing to work with every budget and enjoy helping the independent filmmaker! Every inquiry will be reviewed individually. A Cleaning fees might vary as well, going anywhere from $100 up to $300 -NO COOKING ONLY CATERING For more detailed information, please don't hesitate to message us.

A beautiful place I must say! Everything went so great and family and I loved the place. William is very nice and his communication was no problem. It’s a place I suggest anyone to rent for any event.

The hosts were absolutely phenomenal. Anything I asked for, they provided. They also provided snacks and drinks for my guests. The home is beautiful!!! An exquisite home for my daughters prom photos. I highly recommend this space!

We absolutely loved Will's place, and our guests did, too! Gorgeously designed with a very gracious host. Even when we ran into some wifi challenges, Will was super responsive and helped with troubleshooting. We'd definitely use his space again.
