About the Space

It’s a four-bedroom Victorian terrace with a kitchen extension at the back and a roof extension upstairs. The house is about 1,850 sq ft and still very much feels like a home, just one that’s been designed quite intentionally. Style-wise it sits somewhere between Scandinavian and Bali/Tulum influences: warm, natural colours, calm textures, nothing shiny or overdone. The bathroom floors, walls and ceilings, as well as the kitchen floor and worktops are micro cement, so everything feels very continuous and soft rather than broken up. We often have film and lighting kit around (Sony FX cameras, Amaran lights, etc.), and if that’s useful, we’re happy to rent equipment alongside the space for additional fees. There’s street parking outside and the house gets really nice natural light throughout the day as the kitchen is facing the south, which is one of the reasons we originally fell in love with it.
