About the Space

ManKind Boutique Lounge is a suburban oasis nestled in the center of Jenkintown on a European style tree lined walkway. Delight your guests with it’s modern elegance, international sophistication, culture and style in a warm intimate atmosphere. ManKind uniquely has three distinctive areas of entertainment for guests to explore and appreciate. All three rooms are included in the one rental rate as well as all the furnishings pictured. During rentals, the bar, tables and other flat surfaces are all cleared awaiting your event decor to give it your signature touch for the day. Booking includes 2hrs additional free for setup & cleanup. Tables and chairs can be removed, rearranged or added to suit your event’s needs but must be requested and approved prior to the event day. Additionally there are folding tables with fitted tablecloths the suit your events needs; (5) six foot (2) five foot (4) four foot (4) square three foot (2) half round five foot and (2) 30inch round hightop Main Gallery: greets your guests w/ three elegant chandeliers with fans that are dimmable in addition to central AC, a finely appointed bar w/ seating, a suspended 60” TV offering viewing from all angles with cafe dining tables & chairs with three dimmable pendant lights, comfortable club chairs and tables suitable for dining, playing chess, cards etc.. and a center standing socializing table. The Main Gallery can also be transformed to one 28 foot long single sided dining hall. Screening Room: A full blackout velvet lounge with a 70” TV, 12 foot velvet banquette seating for six to eight. This room offers various seating and dining options as well as theater style seating for private screenings or meeting/workshops. The Screening room can easily be transitioned to accommodate formal dining for sixteen or other entertainment scenarios to suit your specific event’s needs. Conversation: Invites you in to sit and relax on the plush leather sofa and loveseat and get comfortable playing chess or dominos also enjoy Crosley Multiplayer, so bring your favorite vinyl, CD’s, pullout those old Cassettes, Aux from an IPod or MP3 or Bluetooth and create a listening party! The Conversation Room. also has a 50” TV. It also can be transformed to accommodate dinning for up to twelve. Outdoor entertainment space: Dinning tables and chairs, benches with cushions and luxury pillows for 14 as well as accommodations for those wanting to smoke cigars. The kitchenette features is a full size refrigerator, microwave, sink and countertop for prepping. There are chaffing pans on the buffet in the Main Gallery available that hold 10) 8x10 inch standard pans or 5) 8x18 full size standard pans. Please advise in advance if you wish to use them and how many cold or hot and they will be hot at your scheduled arrival setup time at no additional charge.
