About the Space

We have a modern, bright, and premium outfitted fitness training studio for all different types of use. The studio has a 20' ceiling with two large skylights that bring a bright and airy feel to the space. There's rubber flooring in the main area and carpet in the waiting room area. There's an accent wall on the south wall and the rest of the walls are white. The equipment is set up to allow the facility to feel spacious and open allowing for a large crew to be inside at once. The facility is outfitted with premium equipment from the white power racks, cable functional trainers, specialty barbells, and high end conditioning equipment such as the Torque Tank, Rogue Echo Bike, and Concept 2 Skierg. Other amenities include a 16' rolling gate to bring in a lot of sunlight along with making it easier for taller equipment to be brought in. There's an all gender restroom and a waiting room with a refrigerator, bench, lockers, and water dispenser. Easy access from major roads. We're located near the 210 freeway and 134. We're close to other major locations such as the Rose Bowl, JPL, and Old Town Pasadena. PARKING. There's plenty of parking spaces on the premises. It's free to park. If you happen to have a huge crew and need additional parking, there's free street parking. If you're looking for a beautiful gym space for your next shoot or event, we think you'll like our studio. NOTES: In general it's a quiet location, but our studio is located in a commercial complex so at rare times you may hear an unexpected sound like someone driving a forklift passing by. Which you normally won't hear them if you have the gate closed. The 210 freeway is nearby, you may hear loud trucks especially if you have the gate open. Every few hours you may hear a loud hissing sound when the water pipe pressure decompresses.
