About the Space
This 4 bedroom + a loft Mediterranean inspired home feels like new. The kitchen is professionally designed with quartz counter tops and opens into the large family room. The space gets tons of natural light. Ceilings are 9' making the home feel very spacious. There is a downstairs bedroom as well as a full bathroom downstairs. Upstairs you'll find the large primary bedroom with designer bathroom as well as two additional bedrooms, bathroom, and a loft. The kitchen has accordion doors that open up to the backyard with turf and pool. Activities that work best here would be video shoots and photo shoots for influencers and artists of all kinds.
