Welcome to our large open plan living space which is perfect for your cosy home and kitchen shoots. The space is set in a 4 bedroom family home in Sale, Trafford. Myself and my wife both work in creative industries and understand the needs of crew and production on location. We are set on a quiet cul-de-sac with little traffic noise during the day and free on street parking. The space includes the below: Beautiful open plan living space with modern kitchen and large island. Exposure steal beams and brick walls. Large dining space with long dining table. Sofa corner with TV and seating area. Electric hob built into the island. Instant boiling water tap. On site and on road parking No charge. South facing garden with large windows. Ground floor with access to house at the front and large double doors at the back of the house.
