About the Space
Our home is in the top 10 most sustainable houses in California having won the LEED Home of the Year award and features so many cool green technologies, both low tech and high tech. The rear garden is 100% native California plants and is on the Theodore Payne Garden Tour every year. We are centrally located a few blocks from Abbott Kinney and the beach yet in the middle of a garden filled with birds and butterflies. Open plan with high ceilings. Master with vaulted ceiling. Availability is flexible but needs advanced notice. On site parking for 1 big car/ 1 small car. Daytime street parking easily available.
