Spacious, well-maintained backyard featuring lush artificial turf and a stylish stone patio area with outdoor seating and umbrella shade. Perfect for productions, photoshoots, or small outdoor setups that require a clean, modern look and plenty of natural light. Ideal for production use, accommodating up to 20 people. Absolutely no smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or alcohol on the property. We have a dog on-site, so no pets are allowed unless pre-approved for production use.
