House is right on the sand in front of the ocean for beach access. Super easy parking for large crews and for events. 3 parking lots within 2 blocks. 2 are free. Enjoys stunning & brilliant sunsets all year round! Modern comfortable impeccable decor. Open floor plan for California indoor/outdoor living / bifold doors that bring the outside in / gorgeous oceanfront deck.

Beautiful location! We set out a day at the beach and where we were able to just walk up to the house. I was given the code to access and it was very easy. The place looks exactly like the pictures. Lots of open space and areas to sit. It was a beautiful experience and a sunset as a backdrop. Clean and orderly. Everything I needed was provided. Thanks!
