About the Space

Yukon 3 is a one-of-a-kind creative studio located just 10 minutes from LAX. Designed for bold visual concepts, the space features a custom rain system with four effects: tropical rain, regular rain, mist, and a striking halo-style downpour. At the center of the studio is a 14x12 ft pool filled with water at a depth of 7 inches. The pool can be heated upon request, though please note that the rain feature and heater cannot operate simultaneously. To enhance your set design, the studio includes movable artificial rocks and three large curtains—black, white, and black—that can be repositioned around the pool to create different backdrops. The white walls and concrete floors provide a minimal, industrial look that suits a variety of creative styles. RGB lighting is not included but can be rented separately. The space also features a private makeup and changing area, a leather lounge couch, strobe lighting and grip equipment. Private entry and on-site parking ensure easy access for you and your crew. Yukon 3 is ideal for fashion shoots, music videos, editorial work, and any creative production involving water or dramatic lighting. Please note that the studio does not have air conditioning and fans can be provided. To ensure safety and protect studio property, please follow these rules while using the pool: • No electronics may be placed in the pool. • No light stands inside the pool. • No furniture is allowed in the pool unless the legs are protected with tennis balls. • Studio apple boxes are not permitted in the water. • The black pool liner cannot be moved or removed from the pool floor. • No sharp high-heel shoes in the pool. • No dry ice. • No oil or oily substances. • No coloring materials, paint, or dyes. • No sand, glitter, confetti, or any small loose materials in the water. • No pets are allowed in the pool. Fines: Any damages to the pool liner, or pool structure itself together or breaking pool usage rules - fines start from $500.
