Perfect Midtown space for events, meetups, filming, photoshoots, videoshoots, or whatever our clients may need. - 4 story house with 10' ceilings, decorated with art from local ATL artists - Wide open space with lots of natural sunlight. - A full service kitchen with breakfast bar, seating, 50 inch TV, and outside balcony. - large - Spacious, private rooftop with patio seating for 6. - A large couch, coffee Table, Pool table, Table tennis, 85 inch tv, and outside patio in the basement. - 2 Tvs in the space for you enjoyment. - 2 iMacs for use in the living room. About the Neighborhood - quiet, secluded neighborhood surrounded by trees. - less than 5 minute drive to a variety of restaurants that also deliver to the house.

The pictures does not do this location enough justice. The roof top patio overlook the city while downstairs has enough entertainment to keep anyone entertained no matter there age. The host were super cool and out of the way in a different part of the house and also provided us with some necessities that we forgot. I would definitely recommend. There are a lot of step due to it being a four level mansion but totally worth it

This is venue is beautiful and spacious. I was surprised by how large the space was. Staff was help and friendly. We will definitely book this space again.
