With modern recent renovations, a comfortable lounge-style vibe, and a small kitchenette, the space feels fresh, functional, and ready for real work. The layout includes a spacious control room, a separate lounge room, and a dedicated recording booth for vocals, voiceover, and tracking — plus your own full private bathroom with shower, making it ideal for multi-day bookings and travelling artists who want a professional workflow with the comfort to reset and keep going. Unlike typical hourly studios, this space is optimized for multi-day bookings (2–30 days) so you can work without interruptions, resets, or constant turnover. The calendar may show a maximum of 12 hours per booking, but multi-day rentals are available by custom quote — send a request with your dates and we will confirm availability and pricing. Additional gear can be arranged upon request, including rentals sourced through Long & McQuade if needed. (Security deposit may apply.)
