Beautiful remodeled Mid Century home with mountain views located minutes away from downtown with easy access to shops and restaurants as well as ample street parking. Home has an open floor plan with floor to ceiling windows that allows for lots of natural light throughout. The living room has two separate living areas one of which has the original fireplace both designed for the perfect photo shoot. Huge master suite offers a slider with access to the pool and an incredible tiled master bathroom with dual vanities, dual showers and footed claw tub. All bathrooms are redone with high end tiles and fixtures. Outdoors you can find a large original kidney shape pool and outdoor shower as well as separate pool house with lit pergola. Perfect location for multiple scenes, minimal modern design that allows for flexible staging and ample room for camera setups.
