Micro Cinema and Brewery in a Historic Victorian Building

About the Space

Our intimate theater features vintage theater seats, reception area, on-site nano brewery, and a private rear patio deck. It is located in a historic 1800s Victorian-era Building, with an adjoining boardwalk with vintage iron light posts. We have hosted private events including birthday parties, wedding receptions, book releases, artistic performances, cast & crew film screenings, film festivals, music nights, tech meetups, board retreats, student final projects, film shoots, and more. The theater is reconfigurable with movable theater seats, that can be pushed aside or moved out of the room. A side ramp is available for wheelchair access and push carts. There are two bathrooms, with one accessible by wheelchair and a smaller one on our rear patio. A private room is available for storage. Our audio/visual setup includes a full HD 1080p Panasonic video projector, two 2000 Watt powered speakers, one 2000 Watt subwoofers, 16 channel mixer, two microphones, cables, adapters and more. Plus 5.1 Surround sound available upon request. Several tables and table coverings are available. Outside food and non-alcoholic drinks are allowed. Beer and other beverages are available for purchase. Our neighboring cafe can also provide catering. Compost, recycling and garbage receptacles provided. We would love to host your event in our unique venue!
