In-law suite to use as an apartment and a gym/small dance studio. Manicured lawn on a flat lot. Hardwoods and carpet with high ceilings and some textured walls. Floor to ceiling windows on the main level overlooking the back. Oversized master bedroom with stone tiled bathroom with spa tub and stone shower. This home is located in a residential area so loud music/noise and parties are not allowed.
