We are a Martial Arts based training facility complete with: - Punching Bags, - Training pads and equipment; - Weights; Crossfit Rig; - 2400 sq ft of matted space - Ceiling fans - Adjustable size training rooms - 26 foot high ceiling! - 300 square foot reception with included: - Reception and Retail space - Viewing area (couch and chairs) - 2 bathrooms - Filtered water fountain - Coat and footwear storage EASY ACCESS, 1 minute off Major highway 400 and 10 minutes north of Major Highway 401. Pristine facility - air cleaned by NASA developed Air Purifiers (same technology used on the International Space Station today). All mat surfaces cleaned daily with Food Grade Sanitizer. Facility is 100% free from any pathogen, nothing but oxygen can survive here!
