About the Space

I build this 5 bedroom Timber Frame Eco House in 2021 (one of two build on the plot) and the downstairs is all open plan with Kitchen, dining and lounge space. It has hexagon wood flooring throughout the ground floor with underfloor heatings and a beautiful open oak staircase in the middle of the house leading up to 5 bedrooms. The house has lots of glass flooding the downstairs with light. In addition, there is a cool office space at the front of the house and dotted around the ground floor are original artworks from Conrad Leech and ICON giving the area an industrial look. Furniture compliments the look with dark wood, metal and grey fabric with flourishes of colour (green, yellow and red) provided by the accessories. The house overlooks the Marlborough Downs so has wonderful views on the upper level of the garden which is laid with black Brazilian slate and an aluminium pergoda. The lower level is grassed with a small summer house. At the front of the house the gravel driveway holds space for 4 cars and also has a aluminium car port to complete the look.
