Weston Park is no ordinary stately home. Set amongst 1,000 acres of Capability Brown landscaped parkland and former home to the Earls of Bradford, Weston has a rich history, an internationally important art collection and all the grandeur you would expect from a stately home – but with a very modern outlook.
The House and its collections are not hidden behind ropes as we operate as an exclusive use venue. With its tranquil location, 27 bedrooms and easy access to major train stations and airports, Weston is a highly sought after venue for private house parties, weddings, corporate events and celebrations. Guests enjoy exclusive use of the House, alongside five-star service from a dedicated team of butlers, chefs and housekeepers.
The grounds of Weston Park combine 1,000 acres of natural beauty and three centuries of garden design. The formal lines of the 19th century gardens fuse dramatically with the naturalistic style fashioned by Capability Brown in the 18th century. The park is home to outdoor events, large and small, throughout the year including the Midland Game Fair, CamperJam and Food and Craft Festivals.
Weston offers the perfect stately location for photo shoots, television programmes and films. Within the 1,000 acres of walled parkland, without any public rights of way to disturb a shoot, are a variety of different potential locations.
From the Park with its stately trees, lakes and undulating terrain which even includes a quarry, to the walled gardens and the grandeur of the terraces, Weston offers varied landscape opportunities. In terms of buildings, besides the stately mansion, the grounds also contain follies, ranging from classical temples to gothic towers – stables, farm buildings and range of different styles of house and cottage.
