About the Space
Lounge meets luxury. 50% Discount on locations (restaurant and land) if Amber Pennington, owner, is cast as supporting or higher speaking role. Please check IMDB for credit details. We have high end black booths, cherry tables, French Nouveaux decor, dark short carpet (think high end hotel carpet) to absorb sound for filming, dark wood paneling, fun colorful brick walls, two murals of a rainbow phoenix to represent a free spirit, no windows so you can film at any time during the day, a full kitchen, full bar, espresso machine, RGB LED lights available for use, roof top available (it does have the ac units, ducting, etc. It is not a lounge on the rooftop), it does have a beautiful view from then rooftop. Catering is available from our restaurant; it is vegan to pescatarian with influences from Filipino, French, Mexican, and American. We are a fully functioning sober craft cocktail lounge, so we are able to make nonalcoholic cocktails for film or photography.

Great venue and friendly staff. It went all super smooth. If you have a nice catering budget I strongly recommend their catering service. Food was delicious.
