Modern Bridal Boutique & Retail Space | Emerald Green & Gold Theme Are you looking for a luxurious, modern, bridal boutique and retail space? Explore our newly renovated space featuring bold and modern finishes with an overall color theme of emerald green and gold. Our boutique is fully wheelchair accessible and located on the ground floor for easy access. It also has high ceilings throughout that can comfortably accommodate filming equipment. Street parking is available at the front entrance, with additional Green P parking at both sides and the rear of the building. Whether you're searching for the perfect venue to film a wedding shopping experience for a romantic movie, create professional modelling content using our pedestals and large mirrors, or recording your own creative project, our space has the versatility to suit your needs. With 3 spacious, studio style changerooms equipped with floor to ceiling mirrors, white pedestals, and handmade drapery, our boutique offers a luxurious and open environment perfect for photography, modelling, or video content. As you enter, you'll be greeted by a lightly colored exposed brick wall adorned with hanging racks of gowns, a small reception desk, displays of sparkling and regal jewelry and accessories, and a unique velvet green ottoman that gives a throwback to classic luxury . On the left, you'll find an additional wall showcasing wedding dresses extending down a hallway leading to the lounge area and changeroom studios. Our rectangular office space, located behind our largest studio changeroom, features a frosted glass wall offering glimpses into the small hallway that houses our racks of bridal veils. A long hallway extends from the main lounge area to the back of the entire space, lined with colorful bridesmaid, party, and occasion dresses. The kitchenette, equipped with a sink, mini-fridge, microwave, and lockers, is conveniently located at the back along with a large walk-in closet for safely storing client gowns.
