Beautiful tiered yard with fruit tress, palm trees, large bird-of-paradise, and covered wood deck on upper level with views of Camarillo to the ocean. Swimming pool, basketball hoop, grass area and RV parking. Plenty of street parking. Patio table with umbrella and 6 chairs, plus 1 couch, 1 sofa and 2 lounge chairs for seating.
