About the Space

This outdoor space offers a peaceful, overgrown garden setting that works perfectly for production. The garden is filled with mature trees, layered greenery, stone pathways, and pockets of sunlight that make it easy to capture soft, natural outdoor shots. There’s a koi pond tucked into the landscaping, climbing vines (grapes, wisteria, trumpet flower, and ivy) along the walls, and seasonal color that shifts beautifully throughout the year. A raised Ipe wood deck on the parlor level overlooks the garden and offers a clean, simple spot for interviews, staging, or smaller setups. It includes a large wood table, several folding chairs, and a green canvas awning that can be rolled out over the deck for shade or cover from rain. The rest of the yard feels almost hidden, with narrow walkways, textured foliage, and a mix of wild and maintained plant life—frequented by birds and great for scenes that need a private, intimate, or nature-heavy backdrop.
