Bar/ kitchen area which doubles as greenroom/ breakout space. Ground floor is step free access with loos on ground floor level. Mezz is carpeted and an idea hair and wardrobe space or viewing area or production office. Entire ground floor is a blank canvas of white walls and grey painted concrete flooring to dress as you wish. Skylights flood the place with natural day light. But can be blacked out if required. The industrial feel is still in this building with the roof and steel beams which can be draped and used to hang cameras and projectors from. The 1st Floor office has own kitchen and loo and 1,000 sq feet of space for a production office or whatever you choose.
