A 67 sqm office space used as an architecture studio. 50sqm on one floor and another 17sqm on the top floor (it's where the round window is). A bright, warm positive space with beautiful materiality and modern character. Location. In East London (Leyton E10 7LF), on the first floor of a warehouse, located within an industrial estate. Features. In the main space, one half is double-height - all clad in yellow. A kitchenette, a WC/shower room, a workshop space (upstairs), externally it's clad in red concrete panels. Windows. 6x south-east facing (industrial crittal-style), 1 north facing (glass bricks), 2 skylights in the double height. Materiality. Concrete (look) floors, white painted brick, plywood, black MDF, yellow MDF.
