We host photoshoots, video productions, podcasts, and content creation, offering a personal approach to every client and project. Loved the studio, super comfortable and easy to work in. Lights, backdrops, podcast setup — everything’s here. You can feel it’s made by someone who really cares about production. The host was great and made sure we had what we need. 100% will come back.

We needed a studio at the last minute, and despite seeing the negative review below, we decided to reach out to the host to ask about the current condition. He assured us that everything was fine - and it really was! It’s clear that since the last negative review, the studio has been cleaned very well and looks completely different now. The space was neat and organized, and everything was ready to use. The host also mentioned that the studio is currently undergoing renovations - there is still some blue tape on the floor, but it’s not an issue at all. All the main photo areas were fully available and looked great. Overall, a smooth and positive experience - I would book again.

The best part was that the host was kind enough to give us extra time, because the directions were confusing and the place was absolutely filthy and run down even though he claimed the manager had cleaned ( photos below.) It doesnt look at all like the photos. White floor covered in scuffmarks and debris, hair all over the sink, dust and miscellaneous dirt on the floor.We wasted a lot of time with a broom and figuring out how to get in. Unfortunately because the white background wasnt clean we had to adjust the lighting for my video.Not worth 50 an hour unless it gets a big overhaul. But thanks again to Lex for being understanding.

Location Rules

- Cyclorama Use Shooting on the cyclorama is allowed only in shoe covers or barefoot. Street shoes are not permitted. Talent may wear regular shoes, but please apply protective tape to the soles — tape is provided in the studio. We do our best to maintain a clean white surface for every client. You may request a fresh repaint of the cyclorama as an optional add-on if you prefer a pristine surface. A $100 will apply if the cyclorama is left excessively dirty.
- Equipment & Power If a studio manager is not present, please make sure to turn off all electronic devices — including air conditioners, ventilation, and steamers — before leaving the studio. This helps us reduce unnecessary energy consumption and maintain an eco-friendly workspace. Failure to turn off these systems may result in a $50 charge for overnight power use or an environmental fee to cover excess energy costs.
- Furniture Furniture can be moved, but please lift it carefully — do not drag it across the floor to avoid damage. If you need an open space, we can clear the furniture from the room upon request before your session.
- General Policies No smoking inside the studio ($150 fee) Alcohol consumption is not allowed ($150 fee) Please maintain cleanliness and handle all furniture and equipment with care. Be respectful of the space and leave it in the same condition you found it.
- Security Cameras & Recording Devices Video surveillance is active in the hallway, reception area, and inside the studio, facing the podcast zone for security purposes.
