Light-filled loft style lounge in a Grade II listed warehouse, fully dressed and styled with sumptuous soft furnishings, beautiful plants and exposed brickwork Situated on the first floor of a former chocolate factory, this stunning studio has floor to ceiling windows, industrial beams, cast iron cream columns, feature brickwork and wooden floors throughout. Boasting an abundance of natural daylight, and furnished with a variety of plush soft seating areas and a large dining table, the lounge is the perfect intimate space for photoshoots and filming. Styled to create beautiful shoot opportunities with different backdrops at every turn, this location has become a popular studio for commercial and lifestyle photography, fashion and editorial shoots, interviews, music videos and performances. The lounge is an open-plan and versatile space in a fantastic location just minutes walk from London Bridge station. Communal Garden, three toilets and a small kitchen (no cooking facilities) attached. The Lounge is on the 1st floor. No lift, access via wide staircase. Usual hours are Monday to Friday 8am-8pm. Weekends, evenings and early entry on request subject to availability and staffing, please contact for specific quote. Minimum number of hours for a booking: 6 hours. Low impact photoshoots/filming we can sometimes offer a discounted hourly rate and could be hired by hours.
