For day or night, this intimate hideaway offers more than just an atmosphere. Perfect for exclusive events like Christmas parties, corporate gatherings, or launch parties, this hidden gem promises an unforgettable and unique experience. Approximately 60 seats available or 90 total capacity. Additional equipment is also available, such as microphones ($25 each, max 2) and freestanding TVs with sound ($75 each, max 3). **Please note that although this space is private and has closed doors, it is connected to the "Stunning vintage penthouse Loft" and to get to it, you have to enter through the Loft space. You can rent both to have the whole 4200 sq ft yourself. In the $300 per hour pricing, a staff will be provided to make sure that only your guests can enter and to answer any questions. Furniture may be moved around in the space as long as it is put back in the same spots after the event This intimate hideaway offers more than just an atmosphere. The location price is $300/hour before taxes. The indicated price includes GST (5%) and QST (9.975%), which add up to $44. 50% payment is required at the time of booking. A security deposit of $500 is required for shoots and $1,000 for events (refundable within 48 business hours).
