About the Space
The studio is a 4000 sq ft space overall which is perfect for major production shoots and workshops. We are less than 1 mile away from the main production rental house in Houston, near the intersection of the West Loop 610 and Southwest Freeway. Our space includes: - Studio B is a 40ft x 50ft (2000 sq ft) shooting space with 20 foot ceilings - 12ft x 14ft garage access, - lounge/greenroom area, - makeup/dressing area, - 2 bathrooms, and - off street parking in front of the entrance. Offices and Storage room are not accessible during rentals. Studio B (40x50) and the Makeup/Dressing areas are used for photoshoot rentals. For Meetings and Events, the Social Space is included along with Studio B. Please note rental time includes set up and break down. No early arrivals. Late departures will be charged additional time.
