About the Space
The house is located in a suburban village, on a quiet one way road overlooking Stockport Grammar schools field, with a level crossing at the top and a small local post office over the other side of the crossing. A large semi detached character property with driveway for 2 cars and road parking out the front. The interior design is traditional with quirky modern elements. To the front is a large lounge space with beautiful large bay windows and a gas wood burner style oven set in a brick fireplace. The back of the property is a large open plan kitchen/dining space which leads out to a large private decked area and grassed garden 60x20 feet. Upstairs there are two large bedrooms, a smaller office and bathroom with over the bath shower with floor to ceiling tiled wall. There is also a cellar with two chambers with access from the hall.
