Beautiful custom-built lake house on an acre of private land, featuring spectacular greenery, nature, and pond views on location. Contemporary farmhouse interiors with an open floor kitchen, and great natural lighting, just 20 minutes outside the city of Atlanta. A private oasis of lush trees, meticulous landscaping, and a huge wrap-around porch make this space perfect for any exterior production or outdoor event. It features an amazingly large front and backyard, a long driveway for production vehicles, valet parking, a 2-car garage a private detached garage with a storage loft. All rentals include the use of a huge backyard lounging deck, a working fire pit with Adirondack chairs, one bathroom, and an upstairs flex room perfect for wardrobe, hair, makeup, PO office etc.. *All bookings require a refundable security deposit, all deposits are held and released by Giggster. *A certificate of insurance and renter ID is required for ALL filming and photography bookings in addition to the security deposit. *Catering is recommended, as cooking or eating is not permitted in the home (except in scene). All crew meals will need to take place in designated eating areas OUTSIDE. * All EVENTS (not productions) over 10 people are granted access to the outdoor spaces ONLY. Indoor access will remain limited throughout event bookings , and renters will only be given access to indoor bathrooms, oven, and fridge. No gathering or convening in the home for events over 10 people whatsoever. No overnight stays. * All outdoor events and production usage over 40 people will need to provide porto-potties for additional restroom usage. The property will not accommodate restroom usage over 40 people. *For productions both indoor and outdoor spaces are available, and rates will increase for productions based on the number of rooms, max person count, late-night and overnight booking hours. * Site Rep Fee will be added to all bookings.
