Large residential home (5,000 Square feet), just 25 minutes away from Lower Manhattan, 15 minutes from Bayridge Brooklyn, and within the 30-mile - NYC production zone from Columbus Circle. All brick center hall colonial featuring a grand curved staircase, 5 bedrooms (one room with twin beds), 5 bathrooms, laundry room, garage, finished walk-in pantry, open concept living room, white kitchen (kitchen island seats 8), breakfast nook. High ceilings (11') with large floor-to-ceiling windows and natural light. Onsite parking for 3 cars/SUVs and plenty of street parking. Ample space for production (enough room for wardrobe, hair makeup, catering, holding, etc.). Large backyard | greens space and outdoor covered deck. Unfinished Garage and stand-up attic.     Incredible location for a film shoot...on every front! House is just as Gorgeous or even more so than seen in listing. Patty is an absolutely incredible host. Handled multiple date changes with grace and willingness to be flexible, always responding immediately.. as well as being willing to acomidate last minute scouting ...holding area for film crew was immense.. huge converted basement accommodated video village, sound ect and enormous back yard and two large patio ( a third smaller one was not used by us) areas as well were enjoyed by those who wished to step away from the fray...giant garage made it easy to unload equipment through basement door. We had use of the entire house , so make up, hair and changing areas for actors were aplenty, multiple bathrooms... Simply CANNOT recommend highly enough! ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™, Patty !!!

    Cannot recommend highly enough!!! The home is as spectacular as pictured. Incredible place for a film ( or photo) shoot. Tons of room for holding , ect indoors and out, and Patty the host/ owner went above and beyond, accommodating multiple date / time changes of booking and scouting with grace and patience...always getting back immediately. Overwhelmed with gratitude and eager for others to know/ have the experience we did!!!!

    Patty was super open and available - great for productions small and large. Her space had a ton of room to set up offices, changing rooms, and holding - highly recommend!
