About the Space

Clients get a large dedicated portion of our parking lot and it's corresponding studio space with interior support rooms. We have two studios available in this building. Lot includes a makeup/wardrobe room, green room, kitchen area, 2 bathrooms, plenty of house power and an open area for equipment that is 3,000 square feet and includes a cyc wall. The entire lot is over 6,000 square feet (128' x 48') with clients getting a large portion with free surrounding street parking and lots for crew parking. The lot is located on a relatively quiet side street and not in the airport's flight path.
