2,700 Square Feet, 1/4 Acre lot with a newly painted pickleball court, mountain view, new living room with vaulted ceilings and grass in front and back. Clean, brazilian, hardwood floors. Open kitchen used as video village shooting into large open TV room/Living room. Large backyard used for staging, catering, extras holding and tents. Large undercover area with gazebo, water fountain, barbeque.

Kevin and Cindy were absolutely wonderful hosts — incredibly kind, responsive, and went above and beyond to accommodate every need of our production. The space itself is beautiful and worked perfectly for our shoot. We're very thankful to have had the opportunity to film here and would definitely love to come back again.
