This is a modern farmhouse style residence on 10 acres overlooking a 37 acre lake, 1 hour east of Atlanta, GA. The main house is 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths with a 17' deep porch overlooking the lake. There are several wide open fields and wooded areas, a remodeled old cabin used as a guest house, a garden area, fruit & pecan trees, a hammock and a homemade wooden tree swing.

This property is beautiful, tranquil and the hosts Roz and Earl were incredibly hospitable. It was a perfect location for our outdoor automotive commercial shoot. Highly recommended!
