About the Space

Whether working with children, adults or corporate groups, Sarah’s unique take on cooking takes you beyond the cookbook to understanding the flavour and the chemistry of cooking. This venue combines her love of food with science to teach not just recipes, but what makes great chefs. This can be rented as corporate event, functions, bonding with friends, family and production. The space blends Sarah's chemistry background (from the lab chairs, to beakers, test tubes and conical flasks used for ingredients, and our periodic table clock), with greenery including growing our own microgreens for use in our workshops. Our brand-new modern teaching kitchen can accommodate groups of between 20 and 30 for and bespoke parties & corporate team-building workshops (or larger groups can be accommodated by using our upstairs meeting rooms and making an event that goes beyond the kitchen).
