About the Space
Great for still photography and video productions. Fashion, editorial, advertising. Our pool and gardens are inspired by Greece, Tuscany, Moroccan, Tulum style resorts. We also have a Tiki treehouse and Polynesian area. Very very Private, up a long driveway far from the street. Most of the property cannot be seen by neighbors. Perfect for private celebrity shoot, inaccessible to Paparazzi. USTA Regulation size tennis court! Large pool with 9' deep end. Orange grove, Hair & Make-up Salon with attached crew bathroom. This is a private residence with a large old world Mediterranean style garden & outdoor area. Make-up salon & small bathroom are included in rental. Interior of the home is NOT part of Grounds/ Exterior rental. Interior of the home is only available as an "add on" for additional fee when renting the exterior. 20"x 20"Photo studio for your e-commerce photos No lighting provided. must bring your own lighting. (Backdrop seamless usage, if color is available, you may feel free to use it for $50 per roll additional cost). Pool can be heated for additional fee. Fee to heat pool varies by time of year. Nudity okay, but not pornography. Please read all ADD ON before booking. Some Add-ons are required for crew of 12 or larger. Please read all rules before booking. Weekends and after 10:00pm shooting is available at higher rate per hour. Please message me for weekend price structure. Giggster platform does not support rate change for different days/late hours.
