About the Space

With easy access to key transport links, our central Croydon workspace is available to hire for one-off hire's, or on a more regular basis for ongoing events. It is a bare bones room that can be used as you wish for your hire purposes.. The space include optional shop window space which is great for visibility & grabbing the attention of passers by. Bright and flexible, our spaces can comfortably accommodate 20-40 people depending on the nature of your usage. In the past they've been used for large-scale studio hire & build space, production & location hire, prop storage, workshops, music videos, events, photoshoots, rehearsals, yoga sessions and more. This location is a registered charity, so hiring space with us means both a beautiful, bright, conveniently located space, and support for a local nonprofit arts activities. All hire income goes back into running our programme. Please note that the published rate and minimum # of hours to book are flexible and it depends on the type of event, days of the week, timings & number of guests. So, it would be best to enquire if you are interested. The venue may have a separate cancellation policy. For further information, please ask the Event Manager.
