Your scouting visit is invited to preview this lovely Jersey City, NJ townhouse, 17 minutes from all New York City-area tunnels and 20 minutes by PATH Train from Midtown NYC or World Trade Center to Journal Square. Featuring a colorful array of authentic Japanese wedding kimonos; polished copper pots, pans and chocolate molds; and lots of Mickey Mouse ears and MLB baseball and sports memorabilia throughout the home. Indoor features include a tranquil 30-gallon aquarium with Buddha statue, artificial jellyfish and a miniature pink and blue octopus; an ocean-themed mermaid-ready indoor lap pool in the basement, a lush backyard garden that includes multiple raised plant beds with flowers, tall rose bushes, a working lion-head terracotta wall fountain, a turquoise Thai spirit house and medium-sized blue Buddha statue. The front area is not an actual front yard, but is heavily landscaped and decorated with pink and purple flowers both artificial and real. ADA stairlifts / chairlifts are available for your use on all three levels of the home including outdoors, starting from the front door and going down to the curb that can carry up to 300 lbs of camera, lighting or sound equipment or people + gear.
