Fully blackout-capable industrial basement studio. Three-phase power throughout, direct street-level load-in, and 900 sqft of raw concrete and exposed brick ready for your next production. The space sits beneath our daylight loft studio in a converted Victorian warehouse in Lower Clapton, E5. Thick walls and below-ground positioning give you natural sound insulation, ideal for amplified playback on music video shoots without disturbing neighbours. We built this studio ourselves from a derelict warehouse. Your shoot is handled by the people who own the building, not a front desk.
