Welcome to The Studios! We’re stoked to finally open the doors to our newest space: a raw, grungy warehouse built for creatives. This isn’t your average white-wall rental — this spot was made for photographers, filmmakers, and content creators who want character, texture, and edge in every frame. Inside this 2,000 sqft industrial warehouse, you’ll find moody lighting, exposed steel on the ceiling, concrete textures on the walls, and enough room to get creative. We’ve put thought into every detail so your session runs smoothly and creatively charged. Included in your rental (Props can change periodically) - Use of the entire warehouse studio - 5 Rollable Walls to be used for backdrops (Greenery, Newspaper, White, Black, and Money) - Production Cart - 2 RGB Tubes - Smoke Machine - Extension Cord - 1 Godox SL60 light with a diffuser - Light Stand - 2 sandbags - Bluetooth Speaker - Stools/Furniture (2 stools, 4 chairs, various plants, rugs) - Free front access, street-level parking - Private Restroom - Clothing Rack - Steamer - Easy bay door load in (9'x10' garage door available if needed) LARGE BAY DOOR FOR VEHICLES TO FIT INSIDE!! *IMPORTANT INFORMATION* - A photographer is not included in the rental, but a studio attendant will be on-site for the duration of the shoot. - Set up and clean-up time is not included. Book sufficient time to set up and clean up! - Cleaning and studio reset fees will apply if rules are not followed. ($150+ fees) - Keep an eye on your children. If they break/damage it, you buy it. - Respect the schedule. Leaving late or walking in on someone else's session may result in fees.
