It's a filmmaker's playground, but it's an industrial site. There IS a store, but it's a music store with instruments and amps and such. As for the rest of the site, Our industrial site is perfect for: Film & TV shoots (especially urban, industrial, gritty, or dystopian settings) Music videos (we’ve had artists love the rugged aesthetic and moody lighting potential) Fashion & editorial photoshoots Creative workshops, build days, or set construction Pop-up art or immersive experiences Whether you're shooting a scene, building a set, or hosting a photoshoot, the versatility and privacy of the space makes it ideal for creative production. What is the layout of the space and how can different areas be used? The space spans across several zones: Open outdoor yards with wide, raw concrete ground—ideal for vehicle scenes, drone shots, or temporary set builds. Alleyways and corridors that offer unique perspectives and depth—great for chase scenes, editorial looks, or music video transitions. Shipping containers (locked but available by request)—add texture or a streetwise vibe to any shoot. Workshops & studio spaces that provide both backdrop and utility: exposed brick, tools, industrial lighting. Music studios on-site add audio production potential or authentic studio vibes. Each area can be used independently or as part of a larger scene—the site works great as one cohesive location or several in one. What unique features or amenities does your space have? Natural texture: worn concrete, metal siding, graffiti, and raw materials everywhere—no need to fake the look. Controlled access: private and secure; crews have freedom to shoot without interruption. On-site power & lighting (in certain units and studio spaces). Plenty of nooks: stairwells, walkways, corners, and backdrops you won’t find in polished spaces. Parking for crew, gear vans, or even prop vehicles. Creative community vibe: with active studios and workshops around, there's energy—but still privacy and quiet when needed.
