The texture is the decor. Whether you want a candlelit, moody vibe or a bright, botanical loft style, the building does the heavy lifting for you with high ceilings, and exposed red brick. We’re 5,000 square feet of character waiting for your story. Price varies depending upon the use of space. Open to negotiation. Bohemian, Industrial, Modern Events: Art Gallery, Fashion Show, Product Launch, Pop-up, Holiday Parties, Premiere Parties. Production: Gritty Music Video, Interview, Commercial, Photoshoot. Daylight Studio, some Blackout Capable. 2 different stages (Loft 1 & 2) are available with removable TV and speakers. Kitchen, 2 bathrooms, private parking lot along with street parking, 1 video village/ conference room, podcast studio with overhead filtered lighting, blackout curtains. Dining area, and bar. Multiple spaces to gather. Think WeWork but more open area. Loft 1 & 2 can be rented separately with a divider.
