Industrial event space with concrete floors and original stone and wood wall from the building construction 150 years ago. The space includes a huge high table for presentations or tastings with 12 seats, a bar area, a pool table, foosball table and old school arcade. There's also 3 vintage tavern booths with tables along the stone wall. 2 bathrooms are included in the space. FOR EVENTS Friday-Saturday Flat fee 1200$ from 5PM-3AM cleaning fee included. Pricing for less than 100 guests please ask if more guests. Thursday Flat fee 700$ from 5PM-3AM cleaning fee included. Pricing for less than 100 guests please ask if more guests. In general, the event space served the purposes of my party and my guests had a good time. However, there was an issue of a lack of attention to detail. One of the light fixtures was missing 2 light bulbs and the 3rd was burnt out. I had to provide light bulbs. The garbage cans had no garbage bags. I had to provide garbage bags. In the bathrooms, one of the soap dispensers was broken and there were no hand towels for my guests. I had to provide soap & paper towels. Though I was advised that one of the electrical sockets wasn't working at the time of my booking, I would have thought that in the 2 months since the issue would have been resolved. It was not. On another note, the space could use a regular sized fridge.

Host is a great guy. The place needs a little bit of love with only one eletrical plug working. Please bring all your stuff. A lot of parking on place !

This was a great space to host a party event! Its large, groovy and well equiped to serve drinks and have a dance off strongly recommend :)
DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!! It doesn’t look like the pictures and the host ghosted me after I told him all the issues and said he would talk to his partner about compensation. The pool table and foosball table were broken. One of the walls was dirty and full of brown stuff that I had to scrub off. The leather on the benches was all worn out and torn off. Most of the lights didn't have lightbulbs. Some of the stools were broken as well The garbages were full from an event before and I had to empty other people’s garbage Overall we had to rearrange the whole place and it did not look how it did in the pictures. I paid 1314$ for this loft. I asked the host for some sort of compensation for the garbage and broken equipment. I would not have booked this place had I known. Don’t book here please, you’ll find a better place with better equipment and a more professional host. I made a complaint to Giggster and he’s ignoring them too. Super disappointed.
The venue was absolutely amazing, very clean. Exactly what was advertised however the photos don’t even do it justice. It’s definitely bigger in person. It was perfect for our daughters first birthday ! 10/10
