Spacious Factory is set over 3 levels with the ability to shoot down from the all the upper levels. Recently renovated to a high standard, with a mix of industrial, contemporary, and original features throughout. Large open plan reception/kitchen, three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and a family room/office. Large terrace attached to the kitchen provides outdoor space. Double height ceilings in the reception, original arched windows, reclaimed oak flooring, industrial lighting, exposed brickwork and a bespoke steel staircase and upper walkway. Natural light (large windows are east facing), with full blackout options available. **Rates are for guidance. Our rates are based on cast & crew size in total, whether you are planning a stills/film shoot, and whether any set builds are taking place or any large props/equipment will be brought in. Generally, we do not accept bookings for music videos, or any shoots of a personal nature.
