Our 3000 SQ FT studio has 2000 SQ FT of all white shooting space with a 40ft CYC Wall. *Updated & Now offers: Green Screen Wall in 22'x13'x10' Black Wall in 24'x12'x10' This is the perfect setting for creative film and photo professionals. We'd love to host your next project. Rates (9am~7pm) $75/hr - Weekday $95/hr - Weekend * 2 hours minimum required & this rate is up to 10 guest only. If you have more than 10 members, please refer to our other additional charges. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and YOU SHOULD FACTOR THIS SETUP & TEARDOWN TIME IN YOUR BOOKING HOURS! Space Details: - 40ft Cyc Wall - Backdrops - Grey | Fake Grass - Seamless Paper - 2 Restrooms - Free parking lot - Easy load-in - Small kitchen area / lounge area - Makeup station Available items: - LED lighting - Grips - C-Stands | A-Stands - Sandbags Guest should bring his/her own lighting equipment or I have Profoto lighting system for rent at an affordable rate. ($50/booking) Perfect for: - Photoshoots - Portraits - Small film projects - Filmed interviews - Product shoots - Fashion shoots - Family sessions - Fitness shoots *COVID-19 AWARENESS Due to COVID-19, the 'ABSOLUTE' maximum attendees are 10 people and everyone must wear a mask when they enter. This must be adhered during the entire booking except the people in front of camera. If not followed during your booking, your booking will be terminated immediately and asked to leave without refund. Also, no FOOD OR DRINKS are allowed during your time, however, you can utilize kitchen area if you bring any foods for your crew.
