Build near 200 years ago, the venue offers not only a flexible event space but also a unique back drop with numerous original features and design elements. A unique, quirky and versatile venue, it offers a variety of compelling, multi-functional areas. With two large inside spaces, an expansive open-air courtyard, roof terrace and our collection of smaller ‘boutique rooms’ we can offer you the creative space that you and your team have been looking after. With our industrial heritage and modern style reflected in the raw, stripped back interior elements where vast concrete walls and original parquet flooring merge the old and new. The Bar has a large DJ booth, lighting system, full sound and projection capabilities, large bar and multiple seating or standing options. With large industrial windows running along the outer wall, looking out over the courtyard, flood the space with natural light, which can be diffused with a sheer blind option or fully blocked out, depending on your needs. The Live Room – our largest indoor space is ideal for performances and live music events, screening, showcases or parties. Modular staging, , no external windows and a wide range of AV, lighting and sound options available in this room makes it the perfect creative space.
