The property is located at basement level in a Victorian commercial building, it's about 4,326 Ft² (402 M²) in total, one large workshop area and a small area with an office on the side. This has access by way of 2 stairwells and loading is via a 8ft wide X 10ft long goods lift (2 tonne). We also offer smaller units that are perfect for prop storage.
