About the Space
This is a beautiful, large, and modern home on a ½ acre lot in East Cobb, a suburb of Atlanta. The home has a double and single garage, and the driveway can hold at least four cars. The fenced backyard is large and flat, perfect for an outdoor event or film shoot. This home has 6 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms: Main floor: 1. Guest bedroom with king bed and full bathroom Second floor: 2. Master with king bed and attached master bathroom 3. Bedroom with twin-over-full bunk beds and attached bathroom 4. Bedroom with a queen bed and jack-and-jill bathroom 5. Bedroom with a full bed sharing jack-and-jill bathroom with bedroom #3 Basement: 6. Guest bedroom with king bed and full bathroom The main floor has an open floor plan with a huge kitchen and breakfast area. The sunroom is attached to the kitchen and is surrounded by windows, overlooking the deck and backyard. The family room contains a large sectional sofa, which can easily seat at least 8 people, and two single chairs. The dining room comfortably seats 8-10 people. The bathroom on the main floor opens up to the guest room and to the common area. The main level has dark hard wood floors, except the guest bedroom, which has carpet. On the second floor is the master bedroom and three additional bedrooms. This level has carpet throughout. The basement was custom designed in 2019; it contains a home theater, gaming area with a ping pong table, gym, bedroom, and full bath. The home theater has three rows of seating: a sectional sofa, 4 reclining theater seats, and 4 barstools behind a granite countertop. In the gym there is a treadmill and elliptical machine, which face a full-wall mirror and mounted TV. The house has strong wifi and wifi extension points throughout all floors. The home contains all common appliances. Everything is very well maintained and cleaned often.

Despite being out of town and some last minute disorganization on our part, Stacy made it possible for to prep and shoot at her house while her family was on vacation. Very spacious, and considering we were making the house look like 3 separate homes we had our work cut out for us but this house made it easy! I definitely recommend booking with Stacy for any of your home production needs.

Shooting here was great! We had some difficulty getting the location approved on our side, but Stacy was very gracious and patient as we figured it out. Also the family was out of town during the week we needed to prep and shoot, but Stacy coordinated with a house sitter to make it work for us. She made sure we had everything we needed. I'm sure we'll be booking with her again :)

This home was exactly what we were looking for- very spacious, easy to park, easy to find. The homeowners were incredibly helpful and attentive. I am going to use this location again as soon as I can! Highly highly recommend!!

The home is very nice and well kept. We appreciate the family accomodating us last minute. The home has many rooms but we specifically choose 3 to work in for a few reshoots. I would recommend this home for feature films and the owner Stacy was very hospitable and easy to work with.
